摘　　要：农村人口的中小城镇化(其特点是人口数在15～45万人)将是未来我国城镇化的主要内容,中小城镇能源规划是一种主动的节能行为,具有事半功倍的节能效果。本文探讨我国中小城镇能源消费特点和能源规划的重点。Rural population orderly flowing to small and medium towns,characterized by its population of 150,000-450,000,is the main content of future China＇s Urbanization.Conducting Energy planning for small and medium towns is a proactive behavior for saving energy and will achieve satisfactory results.This paper will discuss the feature of energy consumption and key points of energy planning in China＇s small and medium towns.
