摘 要:某600 MW超临界汽轮机组在由单阀运行切换至顺序阀运行时引起负荷、主汽压波动,造成轴承温度和振动超限,对阀门切换实现方法和阀位-流量特性进行了分析,将调节门开启顺序改变为1号+2号→3号→4号方式,并延长了切换时间,使机组在顺序阀控制方式下能安全稳定运行,降低了机组煤耗。When some 600 MW supercritical turbine units which are switched from single valve to sequence valve are operated,the load and main steam pressure are fluctuated,and the bearing temperature and vibration are over the limits.Therefore,the finished method switching the valve and the valve level-flow property are analyzed.The sequence opening the adjusting valve is changed to 1#+2#,3# or 4# mode,and the time is extended.Thus,under the control mode of sequence valve the units can be safety and stably operated,the coal consumption of units is reduced.
