5种药剂不同生测方法对甜菜夜蛾幼虫毒力比较

摘　　要：采用浸虫、浸叶、点滴3种方法测定了5种药剂对甜菜夜蛾3龄幼虫的室内毒力,测定结果表明,5种药剂均有胃毒毒力和触杀毒力,其中甲维盐以胃毒毒力为主。5种药剂毒力在3种方法间表现为浸叶法>浸虫法>点滴法,且5种药剂毒力大小在3种方法测定下均表现出了甲维盐>茚虫威>溴虫腈>虫酰肼>灭多威的规律。The laboratory toxicity to 5 insecticides in the 3-instars Spodoptera exigua （Hübner） was determined by leafdip method,insect-dip method and topical application.The results showed that all of the emamectin benzoate,indoxacarb,chlorfenapyr,tebufenozide and methomyl have oral toxicity and dermal toxicity,and the oral toxicity of emamectin benzoate was higher than dermal toxicity.The toxicity of three bioassays gave an order of leaf-dip method insect-dip methodtopical application and the toxicity of five insecticides gave an order of emamectin benzoateindoxacarbchlorfenapyrtebufenozideMethomyl.
