摘　　要：报道了采用自行研制的新型压阀式胸腔穿刺针对60例年龄2～74岁的患者进行了胸腔穿刺。穿刺成功率达100%(198/198),均未发生气胸、内出血、胸膜肺休克和感染等重要穿刺并发症。此针操作简便,安全可靠,并具一针多用优点。With the new-style thoracentesis needles with spring-loaded valve designed by ourselves,thoracentesis were carried out in 60 patients with ages ranging from 2 to 74 years. The successful rate for the operation was 100% （198/198）,without any major complications such as pneumothorax,hemothorax,pleural shock or infection. The results show that this kind of puncture needle is multi-purpose and easy to operate,with high safety and reliability.
