骨劈开增量同期种植术的临床护理

摘　　要：目的探讨骨劈开增量同期种植体植入术的护理要点,总结术前、术中及术后的护理体会。方法对29例上颌前牙区菲薄牙槽骨行劈开并同期人工牙种植患者的临床资料、术中配合过程及术后护理进行回顾性分析,总结该手术的配合要点。结果术后1个月,牙槽嵴宽度增加达2～4 mm,1枚种植体出现松动脱落,其余种植体稳固。结论当上颌前牙区牙槽嵴骨厚度为3.0～4.5 mm时,采用骨劈开引导骨组织再生术并同期植入种植体是一种行之有效的方法 ,同时术前物品准备充分,手术操作熟练配合,术后给予正确的指导及口腔护理是确保种植术成功的重要要素。Objective To study and summarize the surgery nursing experience of innserting implants with bone splitting technique. Methods 29 patients with the thin edentulous maxillary alveolar ridges, the clinical data and surgical proce- dure were analyzed retrospectively to sum up the main points of the cooperation. Results 1 implant was lost in a patient at 1 month postoperativly, and the rest implants gained osseointegration, the crest bone width of the rest patients varied between 2 mm and 4 mm. Conclusion When performed carefully, innserting implants with bone splitting technique and guided bone regeneration technique in atrophic maxillary anterior region, can achieve satisfactory clinical effect, Preoperative preparation, intraoperative and postoperative care is the key to success.
