摘 要:液动式射流冲击器因其独特的优点,在石油、科学勘探等钻井中具有广泛的应用前景。其核心部件射流元件平面喷嘴结构好坏直接影响射流的能量利用率,因此在设计射流元件时,有必要设计出高效结构的喷嘴,以减少能量损失。本次试验中设计有"Y"形、椭圆形、双圆弧形、流线形、等变速形五种类型喷嘴,且在室内进行了试验。试验结果表明:流线形喷嘴的流量系数最大,而目前大量采用的"Y"形进口喷嘴流量系数几乎最小。建议在以后设计射流元件时采用流线形进口喷嘴,以使设计出的喷嘴能提高过流能力,从而提高冲击器的性能。the hydro-efflux hammer has good application potency in oil-drilling and scientific exploring for its unusual advantage. The plane nozzle structure of efflux element influences directly on efflux energy utilization, so it is necessary to develop the high effective plane structure nozzle to reduce the energy loss. Five types of nozzles included "Y", elliptical, double circular, streamlined and isovariable velocity type nozzle were designed and tested in the laboratory. The test results indicated that the coefficient of flow of streamlined nozzle is higher than any other nozzles. The coefficient of flow of "Y" type nozzle used widely is the lowest. During designing efflux dement later, the steamlined nozzle should be adopted to improve flow capacity of the nozzle and the performance of hydro-efflux hammer.
