摘  要:平面螺旋线圈电磁发射器具有结构简单、推力大等优点。首先介绍了平面螺旋线圈电磁发射器的工作原理,给出了驱动线圈的磁场方程、发射体的涡流方程和受力方程。用有限元法对驱动线圈磁场和发射体的受力进行了仿真计算,并分析了驱动线圈载荷频率变化、截面形状变化和发射体位置变化对发射体受力的影响。仿真结果表明:驱动线圈的电流频率对发射体受力影响较大,电流频率越高,发射体受力越大;在驱动线圈载荷相同的情况下,方形截面的驱动线圈使发射体受到的电磁力较大。The electromagnetic launcher using flat spiral coils has the advantages of simple structure and strong thrust, etc. In this article, the working principle of the electromagnetic launcher using fiat spiral coils was introduced. The magnetic field equation of drive coil, the eddy equation and the stress equation of emitter were deduced. The calculation of magnetic field of drive coil and stress on emitter were simulated with finite element method, and the impacts on emitter' s stress from the variations in loading frequency of drive coil, section shape and the po- sition of emitter were analyzed. Simulation result revealed that the current frequency of the drive coil affects more on the stress of the emitter, the higher the current frequency, the stronger the stress on the emitter;while in condition of the same loads on drive coils, the drive coil with square section shape exerts stronger electromagnetic force on the emitter.
