摘  要:以马来酸酐(MAH)、苯乙烯(St)和丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为共聚单体,以过硫酸钾(KPS)/亚硫酸氢钠为氧化还原型引发剂,采用无皂种子乳液共聚法合成了一种阴离子型乳液施胶剂;然后将该施胶剂与氧化淀粉复配制成施胶液。讨论了反应条件对乳液稳定性及施胶液应用性能等影响。结果表明:制备施胶剂的较佳反应条件为m(MAH)∶m(St)∶m(BA)=1.7∶5.7∶4.3、n(KPS)∶n(亚硫酸氢钠)=3∶2且w(KPS+亚硫酸氢钠)=2.5%、反应温度68~75℃和反应时间6 h;该施胶剂的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)为39.02℃和105℃;将该施胶液用于纸张表面施胶时,其纸张施胶度比原纸提高了4倍,其纸张平滑度、耐破度及张力等比纯淀粉施胶液分别提高了89%、17%和58%。With maleic anhydride(MAH),styrene(St) and butyl acrylate(BA) as comonomer,potassium persulphate(KPS)/sodium bisulfite as redox initiator,so an anionic emulsion sizing agent was synthesized by soap-free seed emulsion copolymerization,then a sizing was prepared by mix method between the sizing agent and oxidated starch.The influences of reaction conditions on emulsion stability and application performances of sizing were discussed.The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions of preparing sizing agent were obtained when the mass ratio of m(MAH)∶m(St)∶m(BA) was 1.7∶5.7∶4.3,molar ratio of n(KPS)∶n(sodium bisulfite) was 3∶2 and mass fraction of KPS and sodium bisulfite was 2.5%,reaction temperature was 68-75 ℃ and reaction time was 6 h.The glass transition temperatures(Tg) of sizing agent,which was prepared under optimum reaction conditions,were 39.02 ℃ and 105 ℃,and the sizing degree of paper treated by the self-made sizing was four times more than that of base paper,and the some performances such as smoothness,bursting strength and tensile strength of paper treated by the self-made sizing were 89%,17% and 58% respectively more than those of paper treated by the pure starch sizing.
