输卵管妊娠患者腹腔镜手术治疗的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管妊娠的临床效果和安全性.方法：选取我院住院输卵管妊娠患者64例,随机平均分为两组,观察组32例给予腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组则给予一般开腹手术治疗,观察两组术中发现术中出血量、手术时间、术后恢复等情况.结果：两组比较,观察组术中出血量、手术时间明显少于对照组（P〈0.01）,静脉使用抗生素时间、肛门排气时间及住院时间明显短于对照组（P〈0.01）,患侧输卵管通畅率腹腔镜组明显高于对照组 （P〈0.05）.结论：腹腔镜手术治疗具有手术时间短、术中出血少、患侧输卵管通畅率高等优点,已成为输卵管妊娠治疗的首选理想方式.Objective： Discusses the peritoneoscope surgery to treat the tubal pregnancy the clinical effect and the security. Methods： Selects my courtyard in hospital tubal pregnancy patient 64 examples, the stochastic average divides into two groups, the observation group 32 examples gives the peritoneoscope surgery to treat, the control group gives holds the abdomen surgery to treat generally, after observes in two groups of techniques to discover in the technique bleeds the quantity, the surgery time, the technique restores and so on the situations. Results： Two groups of comparisons, in the observation group technique bleed the quantity,the surgery time are short obviously in the control group （P〈0.01） ,vein use antibiotic time, anus exhaust time and in hospital time obvious short in control group （P〈0.01） ,contracts the side oviduct unobstructed rate peritoneoscope group to be higher than the control group obviously （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The peritoneoscope surgery treatment has the surgery time short,in the technique bleeds few,the trouble side oviduct unobstructed rate higher merit,has become the tubal pregnancy treatment the first choice ideal way.
