甲氧氯普安与红霉素合用治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫48例分析

摘　　要：目的：观察甲氧氯普安与红霉素合用治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫疗效.方法： 采用随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用甲氧氯普安注射液10mg,肌注,每日2次,合用红霉素注射液,每日6-8mg/kg,分两次加入5%葡萄糖注射液250ml,以每分20滴速度早晚静滴,连用21天.对照组用甲氧氯普安注射液10mg,肌注,每日2次,连用22天.B超测定并计算两组治疗前后胃排空率.结果： 经观察治疗组与对照组胃排空率比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05）.治疗组总有效率91%,对照组总有效率66.6%,两组总有效率比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05）.结论： 采用甲氧氯普安与红霉素合并治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫可减少各自的药物用量,减少副作用,效果良好,且经济安全.Objective： Observes methoxychlor Pu＇an and the erythromycin comes in handy treats diabetes stomach paresis curative effect. Methods： Uses divides into the treatment group and the control group stochastically, the treatment group uses methoxychlor Pu＇an inoculation fluid 10mg,the intermuscular injection, daily 2 times, comes in handy the erythromycin inoculation fluid, 6--8mg/kg, divides every day two times joins 5 % glucose inoculation fluid 250ml,by will divide 20 drop of speeds sooner or later to be static every time the drop,will be used together 21 day. Control group with methoxyehlor Pu＇an inoculation fluid 10mg,intermuseular injection,daily 2 times,is used together 22 day. Around the B ultra determination and calculates two groups to treat the stomach evacuation rate. Results： Has the significance after the observation treatment group and the control group stomach evacuation rate comparison difference （P〈0.05）. Treatment group total effectiveness 91%, control group total effectiveness 66.6 %, two group of total effectiveness comparison difference has the significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Uses methoxychlor Pu＇an and the erythromycin merge treats diabetes stomach paresis to be possible to reduce respective medicine amount used,reduces the side effect,the effect is good,also economic security.
