摘　　要：本病早期多因湿侵淫筋脉,经络阻滞,可见肢体疲惫、发麻 后期湿郁化热,耗伤精血,筋脉失养,可见麻木萎缩、肌肉瘦削等证.治则：调和气血、濡养筋脉.本方具有调和气血、濡养筋脉的作用.多发性神经炎,属于痿证范畴,取穴以手足阳明经穴为主,方中取肩髃、曲池、手三里、合谷、足三里诸穴,以调和气血、濡养筋脉,取环跳、阳陵泉、悬钟、三阴交诸穴,以舒筋活络,祛风化湿,疾病得愈.治疗期间应注意营养和适宜的运动.This sickness early time many advances gradually or step by step the veins wet, the channels and collaterals hinders, the obvious body exhausted, tingles with numbness; Later period wet Yu Huare, consumes the wound essence and blood, the veins loses raises, obviously numb atrophy, muscle thin and so on cards.
