摘　　要：锁骨骨折临床上常见,幼儿及老年人大多采用保守治疗的方法,对青壮年患者而言,以手术治疗为主,为减少术后并发症及提高骨折愈合率,自1996年9月～2006年3月,我院根据不同的部位采取不同的手术方法治疗锁骨骨折267例,效果良好,报道如下.This sickness carly time many advances gradually or step by step the veins wet, the channels and collaterals hinders, the obvious body exhausted, tingles with numbness; Later period wet Yu Huare, consumes the wound essence and blood, the veins loses raises, obviously numb atrophy, muscle thin and so on cards. Polyneuritis, belongs to the atrophy card category, the aeupoint selection by the hand and foot bright acupuncture point primarily, in the side takes the shoulder, the paralysis of upper extremities, the hand three miles, gathers the valley, the foot three miles various holes, by the well distributed vitality, ru raises the veins, takes the link to jump, the positive mausoleum spring, hangs the clock, three cloudy junction various holes, relaxes the muscles and joints and stimulate blood circulation, relieves sickness is wet, disease recovers. Treatment period should pay attention to the nutrition and the suitable movement.
