摘　　要：子宫内翻是指子宫底部向宫腔内凹陷,甚至子宫内膜面从宫颈口翻出,是一种罕见且严重的分娩期并发症,与分娩数之比为：1∶8537-450000,是非常危急产科并发症,一旦发生可迅速出现大出血、感染、休克.如若未及时抢救,患者可能在3-4h内发生死亡.The inversio intra--uterina is refers to the womb base to the palace cavity in hollow,even the endometrium surface turns from the patace throat opening,is one kind rare also the serious childbirth time complication,ratio of with the childbirth number is： 1 ： 8537--450000,is the extremely critical obstetrics complicatior., once occurs may have the massive hemorrhage, the infection, the shock rapidly. If the prompt rescue, the patient possibly has not had the death in 3--4h.
