摘　　要：目的：探讨家庭支持对髋关节置换术后病人生活质量的影响。方法：使用生活质量综合评分量表及家庭支持量表，对40例髋关节置换术后病人进行调查，了解家庭支持对生活质量的影响。结果：家庭支持和生活质量成正相关系。结论：加强与家属沟通，增加家庭支持，有利于提高髋关节置换术后病人的生活质量。Objective： Discusses the family to support replaces the technique after the coxa the patient quality of life influence. Methods： Uses the quality of life synthesis grading meter and the family support meter,replaces the technique after 40 example coxa the patient to carry on the investigation,understood the family supports to the quality of life influence. Results：The family support and the quality of life become the positive phase relations. Conclusion：The enhancement and the family member communicate,the increase family support,is advantageous after enhancing the coxa to replace the technique patient＇s quality of life.
