老年高血压房颤患者左房容积和左室容积变化的初步研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨老年高血压伴房颤患者左房容积和左室容积的改变及临床意义.方法：采用彩色多普勒超声心动图仪测量64例原发性高血压患者（EH组）、67例原发性高血压伴房颤患者 （EHAF组）和60例健康体检者（对照组）的左房容积（LAV）、左室容积（LVV）、舒张末期左室内径（LVEDD）、主动脉根部内径（AOD）等.结果：与对照组比较,EH和EHAF两组患者LAV值上升（P〈0.05）,且EHAF组与EH组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）;LVV、AOD和LVEDD值在三组之间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.结论：高血压伴房颤患者的左室结构已明显发生改变,左心房扩大与心房纤颤的发生、发展相关.Objective：To study the changes of left atrial volume （LAV） and left ventricular volume （LVV） in essential hypertensive elderly patients with atrial fibrillation and clinical significance. Methods, The LAV, LVV, LVEDD and AOD value of the 64 patients with essential hypertension （EH group）,67 patients with essential hypertension complicated atrial fibrillation （EHAF group）and 60 healthy volunteers （control group） were measure by color doppler ultrasound scanner. Results：Compared with control group,the LAV value of the EH group and EHAF group increased （P 〈0.05） ,and the EHAF group and EH groups were significantly different （P 〈0.05） ;the LVV, AOD and LVEDD values were not statistically significant among the three groups （P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： The left ventricular fibrillation of essential hypertension complicated atrial fibrillation has significantly ehanged. The left atrial enlargement is relevant with the occurrence and development of atrial fibrillation.
