支原体肺炎对心肌酶谱及心电图影响的意义

摘　　要：目的：探讨儿童感染支原体肺炎时,对心肌酶谱及心电图变化的意义.方法：选用感染肺炎支原体的患儿89例（观察组）和非支原体感染的普通肺炎患儿70例（对照组）,对血清心肌酶谱（包括天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）、乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）、肌酸磷酸激酶（CK）及其同工酶（CK-MB））及心电图进行对照检测,行回顾性分析.结果：观察组患儿心肌酶谱异常病例达到36例（40.44%）,其中AST异常13例（14.604%）,LDH异常30例（33.70%）,肌酸磷酸激酶CK异常14例（15.73%）,CK-MB异常26例（29.21%）;心电图异常18例（20.22%）;对照组患儿心肌酶谱异常病例有16例（22.85%）,其中AST异常6例（8.57%）,LDH异常12例（17.14%）,肌酸磷酸激酶CK异常5例（7.14%）,CK-MB异常10例（14.28%）;心电图异常10例（14.28%）.观察组心肌酶谱及心电图异常率明显高于对照组（P〈0.01）,两组间有显著差异.结论： 感染肺炎支原体肺炎患儿更易出现不同程度的心肌损害,引起心肌酶谱及心电图异常,临床可常规检测,并定期复查,以便及时发现异常,采取保护心肌的治疗.Objective：Discusses when the child infects the mycoplasma pneumonia, to cardiac muscle enzyme spectrum and electrocardiogram change significance. Methods：Selects the infection pneumonia mycoplasma the trouble 89 examples （observatlon group） and the non--mycoplasma infection ordinary pneumonia trouble 70 examples （control group）, to the blood serum cardiac muscle enzyme spectrum （including aspartic acid amino transferase （AST）,lactic dehydrogenase （LDH）,creatine phosphoric acid activating enzyme （CK） and isozyme （CK--MB）） and the electrocardiogram carries on the comparison examination, line of review analysis. Results：Observation group trouble cardiac muscle enzyme spectrum unusual case of illness achieves 36 examples （40.44%） ,in which AST exceptionally 13 example （14. 604） ,LDH exceptionally 30 examples （33.70%） ,crcatine phosphoric acid activating enzyme CK exceptionally 14 example （ 15.73%）, CK-- MB exceptionally 26 examples （29.21% ） ; Electrocardiogram exceptionally 18 examples （20.22 %） ;Control group trouble cardiac muscle enzyme spectrum unusual case of illness has 1 6 examples （22.85 %） ,in which AST exceptionally 6 example （8. 57%）, LDH exceptionally 1 2 examples （17. 14%）, ereatine phosphoric acid activating enzyme CK exceptionally 5 example （7.14 % ）, CK-- MB exceptionally 10 examples （ 14.28% ）, Electrocardiogram exceptionally 10 examples （14.28 %）. The observation group cardiac muscle enzyme spectrum and the electrocardiogram rate of abnormality are higher than the control group obviously （P〈0.01）, during two groups have the remarkable difference. Conclusion：Infects pneumonia mycoplasma pneumonia trouble change to appear the varying degree the cardiac muscle harm, causes the cardiac muscle enzyme spectrum and the electrocardiogram is unusual, clinical may the conventional examination, and regular reexamination,in order to discover promptly unusually,adopts the protection cardiac muscle the treatment.
