摘　　要：随着医学模式已由单纯的生物医学模式转变成生物-心理-社会的新的医学模式,现代医学的理念也正在从＂治病保命＂为主要目标向＂功能恢复,提高生活质量,重返家庭社会＂这一新的目标转变,科学技术的发展,经济、文化、生活水平的不断提高,人们对生活质量的要求也相应提高,不仅要治好病,还要求疾病治愈后人的整体功能也应达到尽可能高的水平,不仅要生存,而且要生活的更好,成为社会人.大量的临床实践证明,早期、科学、合理的康复训练能提高中枢神经系统的可塑性,可较好的挖掘损伤的修复潜力,促使未端突触再生,从而使我们认识到以往重治疗、轻康复,只注意抢救生命,忽略功能恢复以及认为康复是后期工作是可有可无的错误观念,使本来存在着极大恢复潜能的患者因不可逆转的功能性障碍而成为终身残疾.经过康复治疗,仍然可以使其生活自理的功能或参与社会活动的功能达到最佳状态,这就是康复的作用.综合运用各种措施,尽最大可能恢复病伤残者身心、社会功能,提高生活质量,最终使病伤残者能够重返家庭和社会的治疗过程.Transformed the biological -- psychology -- society along with the medicine pattern by the pure biomedicine pattern the new medicine pattern,the modern medicine idea from ＂is also treating an illness maintains life＂ ＂restores for the essential target to the function,improves the quality of life,returns to the family society＂ this new goal transformation, science and technology development, economical, cultural,living standard unceasing enhancement,the people also correspondingly enhance to the quality of life request,not only must core sickness,but also requests disease to cure the posterity the integrated function also to be supposed to achieve as far as possible the high level, not only must survive, moreover must live well,becomes the social person. The massive clinical practice proof, the early time,the science, the reasonable recovery training can enhance the central nervous system the plasticity, may the good excavation damage repair potential, urge not to carry the synapse regeneration,thus makes us to realize to formerly again treated,the light recovery,only paid attention to the rescue life,the neglect function restores as well as thought the recovery was the later period works is the dispensable wrong idea, causes the patient who exists originally restores the potential enormously because of the irreversible functionality barrier to become the lifelong disability. After the recovery treatment,still might cause the function or the participation social activity function which its life took care of oneself achieved the optimum condition, this was the recovery function. The synthesis utilizes each measure, completely most greatly possibly restores sickness invalid body and mind,the social function,improves the quality of life,finally enables sickness invalid to return to the family and society＇s course of treatment.
