摘　　要：目的：探讨鼻内窥镜下鼻腔疾病手术的围手术期护理效果.方法：分析2008年1月至2009年11月鼻内窥镜下鼻腔手术216例的围手术期护理.结果：经鼻内窥镜下鼻腔手术的 216例患者,术后无感染,无心理障碍,病变复发率较少,取得满意疗效.结论：鼻腔疾病的形式多样化且发病率较高,术前应完善各项准备措施以及做好心理护理.护理人员在围手术期间应细致观察和精心护理,使患者的疾患取得满意的治疗效果,康复出院.Objective：Discusses under the nose endoscope the nasal cavity disease surgery to encircle the surgery time nursing effect. Methods： Analyzes from January, 2008 under the nose endoscope nasal cavity surgery 216 to encircle surgery time nursing to November, 2009. Resulls： After the nose endoscope under the nasal cavity surgery 216 example patient, after the technique does not have infects, the non--psychological barrier, the pathological change recurrence rate are few, obtains the satisfactory curative effect. Conclusion： The nasal cavity disease form diversification also the disease incidence rate are high, in front of the technique should consummate each measure as well as prepare for psychological nursing. The nursing staff is encircling surgery period should observe and careful nursing carefully, causes patient＇s illness to obtain satisfaction the treatment result, the recovery out of hospital.
