孕期补复方氨基酸螯合钙的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的：观察妊娠期补钙的效果对妊娠的影响.方法：将102例孕18-28周的孕妇随机分为补钙组和对照组各51例.补钙组口服复方氨基酸螯合钙,对照组不服药.分别服药前测血钙、血压.观察期间每2-4周查一次血压、宫高、腹围.孕38-39周复查血钙.结果：妊娠血钙较正常值低,补钙组的清钙明显高于对照组.且妊娠期高血压疾病,胎儿生长受限发生率较对照组低（P＜0.01）.结论：妊娠期补充复方氨基酸螯合钙有益于降低缺钙症状的发生,降低妊娠期高血压疾病,胎儿生长受限发生率,对母婴都是有益的.Objective：Observes the gestation period to make up the calcium the effect to the pregnancy the influence. Methods：Is pregnant 18--28 week--long pregnant woman 102 examples to divide into stochastically makes up the calcium group and control group each 51 examples. Makes up the calcium group to take orally the compound prescription amino acid chela to gather the calcium, the control group does not take medicine. Takes medicine front separately measures the blood calcium, the blood pressure. The observation period every 2--4 week looks up a time blood pressure,the palace high, the abdomen encircles. Is pregnant 38--39 week reexamination blood calcium. Results：The pregnancy blood calcium compares the normal value to be low, makes up the calcium group the clear calcium to he higher than the control group obviously. Also gestmion period hypertension dis- ease,the embryo grows is limited the formation rate to compare lowly the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：The gestation period supplemented the compound prescription amino acid chela gathers the calcium to be beneficial in reduces the calcifames shape the occurrence, reduces the gestation period hypertension disease, the embryo grows is limited the formation rate, to the maternal infants all is beneficial.
