摘　　要：糖尿病足是严重的糖尿病并发症之一,也是糖尿病患者致残、致死的重要原因.糖尿病病人因末梢神精病变,下肢动脉供血不足以及细菌感染等各种因素,引起足部疼痛,皮肤深溃疡,肢端坏疽等病变.Diabetes are fully one of serious diabetes complications, also is the diabetic cripples, the lethal important reason. Because diabetes patient the end god fine pathological change,the lower limb artery blood supply insuffcieney as well as the bacterium infection and so on each kind of factor,causes the foot ache,skin deep ulcer,pathological changes and so on extremity gangrene.
