摘　　要：抑郁是糖尿病常见并发症之一,糖尿病病人患上抑郁症的几率是正常人的3倍.但糖尿病抑郁容易被忽视,只有病情严重时才被发现.糖尿病病人伴发抑郁潜在地增加了治疗糖尿病的难度,因而糖尿病病人更需要从医护人员处获取更多、更有效的治疗糖尿病的有关知识,以改善抑郁症状,提高生活质量.针对抑郁的原因,进行相应的护理干预,加强心理护理,以解除病人的心理障碍.Despondent is one of diabetes common complications,diabetes patient suffers from the depression the probability is normal person＇s 3 times. But diabetes despondent are neglected easily, when condition serious only then was discovered. Diabetes patient partner sent despondently latent increases has treated diabetes the difficulty, thus diabetes patient needed to be more effectively from the medical care personnel place gain, treats diabetes the related knowledge,improved the despondent symptom, improved the quality of life. In view of the despondent reason, carries on the corresponding nursing intervention, enhancement psychology nursing, relieves patient＇s psychological barrier.
