摘　　要：目的：观察锁骨钩钢板内固定治疗肩锁关节脱位和锁骨远端骨折的手术效果.方法：切开复位后按左右侧选择不同锁骨钩钢板内固定及韧带修补技术治疗锁骨远端骨折和肩锁关节脱位32例.结果：32例均获随访,时间2～24个月.根据Karlsson疗效标准,优28例,良4例.结论：切开复位锁骨钩钢板内固定是治疗肩锁关节脱位和锁骨远端骨折一种较好的手术方法.Objective： Observes in the collar bone hook steel plate the fixed treatment articulatio aeromioclavieularis dislocation and the collar bone far--end bone fracture surgery effect. Methods：Cuts open the replacement according to about side choice different collar bone hook steel plate in fixed and the ligament patching technology treatment collar bone far--end bone fracture and the artieulatio acromioelavieularis dislocation 32 examples. Resuits： 32 examples attain the revisit, the time 2 - 24 months. According to Karlsson curative effect standard,superior 28 examples,good 4 examples. Conclusion：Cuts open in the replacement collar bone hook steel plate fixed is treats the articulatio acromioelavieularis dislocation and the collar bone far--end bone fracture one good surgery method.
