摘　　要：目的：探讨骨折并发脂肪栓塞综合症的临床诊断及治疗.方法：回顾性分析我院2001年8月至2010年1月诊治的14例FES病例的临床资料.结果：确诊后应给予大剂量的激素、应用利尿剂及脱水剂、气管插管呼吸机机械给氧、改善微循环、应用抗生素防治感染;维持水、电解质、酸碱平衡治疗后,患者均完全清醒,各项生命体征平稳,呼吸功能恢复正常.肺部改变4-7天消失.随访6月-2年,骨折愈合良好.结论：对骨折致FES强调早期诊断,发生FES时采用支持呼吸功能、纠正低氧血症、早期大剂激素与保护重要脏器功能相结合的综合治疗方法,预后较好.Objective： Discusses the bone fracture concurrent fat embolism syndrome the clinical diagnosis and the treatment. Methods：Reviewed analyzes my courtyard from August,2001 14 example FES case of illness clinical material which diagnosed to January,2010. Results： Diagnoses should give the large dose the hormone, using the diuretic and the dehydrator, the trachea intubation life--support machine machinery gives the oxygen,the improvement microeycle,the application antibiotic preventing and controlling infection;After the maintenance water, the electrolyte,the acid--base equilibrium treatment,the patient completely is sober,each life symptom is steady,the breath function restores normally. The lungs change 4--7 day vanishing. Revisit in June -- 2 years,the bone fracture heals good. Conclusion：Sends the FES emphasis early time diagnosis to the bone fracture, has when FES uses the support breath lunction, corrects the complex therapy method which the low oxygen blood sickness, the early big medicinal preparation hormone and the protection important internal organs function unify,the prognosis is good.
