摘  要:取培养40d的乍娜葡萄试管苗,以油菜为受体材料,通过葡萄茎叶水浸液和根系水浸液2种方法收集化感物质,研究了不同质量浓度的化感物质对油菜的化感效应及其作用机理.结果表明:2种方法均延缓了油菜种子的萌发;在幼苗生长方面,随着水浸液质量浓度的增加,茎叶水浸液表现为高浓度抑制低浓度促进作用,根系水浸液表现为抑制作用;茎叶水浸液化感作用大于根系水浸液;2种方法使油菜根系活力和丙二醛含量降低,与油菜体内保护酶(如超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶)的变化也有密切关系.Allelopathy and allelopathy mechanism of different concentrations grapes allelochemicals on rape were researched through plantlet grapes aqueous extracts of stems and leaves and aqueous extracts of root cultured for 40 days.The results showed that aqueous extracts of stems and leaves and aqueous extracts of root delayed the germination of rape seed.The seedling growth of rape was increased at lower concentrations of aqueous extracts of stems and leaves and decreased at higher concentrations,while aqueous extracts of root had some inhibit effects.The allelopathy of aqueous extracts of stems and leaves was greater than that of the root.Two kinds of aqueous extracts reduced the vigor of treated rape root and the content of MDA.The changes of some protective enzymes were closely related to the two kinds of aqueous extracts,such as SOD,POD and CAT.
