新诊断2型糖尿病患者血脂谱及胰岛素抵抗的特点

摘　　要：目的探讨新诊断2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血脂谱及胰岛素抵抗的特点。方法对120例新诊断T2DM患者(糖尿病组)和106例非糖尿病健康人群(正常对照组)的一般资料、血脂谱、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、β细胞功能指数(HOMA-IS)和胰岛素敏感性指数(ISI)进行分析。结果两组间体质指数(BMI)和腰臀比(WHR)差异无统计学意义,糖尿病组的总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和HOMA-IR较正常对照组显著升高,HOMA-IS和ISI较正常对照组显著降低。结论新诊断的T2DM患者血脂明显异常,并同时存在胰岛素抵抗和胰岛功能下降。Objective To investigate the characteristics of insulin resistance and lipid profile in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients.Methods There were 120 newly diagnoses type 2 diabetes（DM group） and 106 healthy people（control group）. General information,lipid profile,HOMA-IR,HOMA-IS and ISI were detested.Results BMI and WHR were no difference in the two groups. TC,TC,HDL-C and HOMA-IR were higher in the DM group. HOMA-IS and ISI were lower in the DM group.Conclusion The lipid profile is abnormal and insulin resistance and low β cell function is obvious in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients.
