摘　　要：针对同心圆柱电容式液位传感器的不足之处,设计了一种新型的测量液位的电容栅编码传感器,介绍了该传感器的基本原理。并在此基础上设计了一套液位测量系统,详细介绍了电容检测以及编码电容栅分组原理。该液位测量系统能满足一定条件下液位的测量需求。Aim at the deficiency of concentric column capacitive liquid level transducer,a novel capacitive grating encoded transducer to measure liquid level was designed,and its fundamental was introduced.Then a liquid level measurement system was designed based on this transducer,and the fundamental of capacitance testing and encoded capacitive grating＇s grouping was introduced detailedly.The testing system can be used to measure the liquid level under certain conditions.
