摘  要:设计了一款基于FPGA的手持式光伏电池测试仪。相对传统的以电容作为电子负载的便携式光伏电池测试仪,该测试仪用FPGA生成采样模块,采样频率更快,并采用变频采样的方法,解决了传统电容式测试仪I-V曲线数据过度密集在开路电压附近的小部分区域,而曲线主体部分较稀疏的问题。滤波后的曲线更加平滑,得到的Im、Vm、Pm、FF等相关参数更加精确,可重复性更好。This paper designed a portable testing system for PV array based on FPGA.Compared with the traditional portable testing systems with capacitors as the electronic load,the testing system with a sampling module based on FPGA has a much higher sampling rate,and employs rate-variable sampling,which has solved the problem that the data acquired by traditional capacitive testing systems are over-concentrated in a small area near open-circuit voltage in the I-V curve,while the quantity of data in the main part of the curve is far from enough.This makes the system capable to provide a more smooth I-V curve and a better accuracy and repeatability of the related parameters,such as Im,Vm,Pm,FF.
