摘　　要：系统以可编程控制器S7-300为基本控制部件,实现了船舶各机舱的温度、液位和可燃气体浓度共97个点的信号采集,同时对输出负载(电磁阀,泵站)进行了PID控制,从而达到环境参数调节的目的。上位机以组态王6.53监控软件为平台,采用双机热备状态设计,不仅提高了系统的通用性、可靠性和稳定性,降低编程工作量,也可以实时实现数据采集显示、超限报警、报表查询和打印等功能。Taking the Siemens PLC S7-300 as the core,the system was successful in acquisition of ninety-seven signals such as temperature,liquid and combustible gas concentration.Signals output impact PID control on the valve and pump station in the purpose of regulating environmental parameters.Double-Hot-PC which used the King View 6.53 software as the platform realized those functions such as the collection and display of data acquisition,real-time alarming,printout.Meanwhile the system has characteristics such as friendly interface,reliable and accurate data collectio,easy operation,safety and stability.
