摘  要:利用磁记忆方法检测压力容器用钢裂纹扩展和塑性变形的可行性.利用压力容器常用材料16M nR制作拉伸试件,在其上预制垂直于试件长度方向的不同几何尺寸的裂纹,在材料试验机上进行拉伸实验.利用磁记忆传感器检测试件表面裂纹尖端磁场强度法向分量信号,研究不同拉伸阶段裂纹尖端磁信号的变化规律,利用铁磁学基本理论研究和解释复杂实验现象.在对拉伸载荷变化和磁信号变化规律进行分析的基础上,提出了载荷梯度参数的概念,实验表明:利用该参数可以较好地表征压力容器用钢的弹塑性应变.This paper has studied the feasibility of detection of crack development and plastic deformation on pressure vessel based on magnetic memory test.The tensile specimen was made of 16MnR steel,which is always used in pressure vessels.Several cracks in directions of uprightness and parallel were pre-made on them,and then some tensile experiments were done on the material test machine.The magnetic signals were detected by magnetic memory sensors to research different variation of magnetic signals on different tensile stage.The ferromagnetic theory was used to explain the variation.In order to characterize the plastic strain of pressure vessel steel,a load gradient parameter was put forward based on the analysis of tensile load changes and magnetic signal changes.
