摘  要:为避免凝管事故发生,需要准确知道埋地管道在受外界非稳态环境影响时,在不同停输时期管内油品和周围土壤温度场的变化规律,确定管道的允许停输时间。建立了埋地热油管道土壤温度场的非稳态传热模型,该模型较全面地考虑了边界条件和初始条件。数值模拟了预热启输过程土壤温度场的发展情况,分析了土壤温度场随时间的变化趋势。地表温度受大气影响最为明显,远离管道的深层土壤温度受大气温度变化影响较小,越靠近管道附近的土壤温度上升幅度越大,且受热油温度的影响越明显。To avoid coagulating tubes,need to know exactly the change law of the surrounding soil temperature field and the oil when it is at different shut-down period,determine the allowable shut-down time of the pipeline when it is in non-stable thermal environment.set up non-stable heat transfer model of buried hot oil pipelines soil temperature field,this model offer an overall considerations to the boundary and initial conditions.Simulate the development situation of oil temperature field of preheating course.Analyze the change tendency of oil temperature field with time.It is most obvious that the atmospheric has an deep affect on surface oil temperature,the more distant it is far away from pipeline it has a small affect on it.The closer the soil adjoin the pipeline the rising amplitude of temperature is bigger.
