连翘挥发油提取工艺及包合工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:考察康泌安片中连翘挥发油的提取及包合条件。方法:选择挥发油与β-环糊精比例、加水量、包合温度、搅拌时间4个因素进行正交试验,以包合物的收得率、包合率综合评分为评分指标,确定挥发油最佳包合工艺条件。结果:最佳包合工艺为取8gβ-环糊精,溶于60ml水,加入1ml挥发油,在40℃的条件下搅拌包合20分钟,滤过,40℃干燥4小时,研磨,过100目筛。结论:康泌安片的挥发油包合工艺合理可行。Objective：To investigate the technology of extraction and inclusion conditions of volatile oil of Lianqiao.Methods：By means of orthogonal experiment,with the ratio of the oil in inclusion complex and recovery of inclusion complex as the indexes,four factors including the ratio of cyclodextrin to oil,volume of water,the temperature and the stir time were studied to determine the optimun conditions.Results：The optimum conditions for inclusion were：the ratio of cyclodextrin to oil was 8：1,volume of water was 60ml,temperature was 40℃ and the stir time was 20min.And then dry for 4h after filtration.Conclusion：The optium conditions for inclusion are steady and feasible.
