摘　　要：改革开放以来,我国的经济社会在整体上都有了很大的发展,但与此同时中国区域之间发展不协调、不平衡的问题日益突出,区域发展水平的差距目前仍然有扩大的趋势.区域间差距的存在决定了区域发展战略的必要性,区域发展战略随着区域经济发展的实践以及对社会主义、市场经济等相关理论问题认识的深化而不断发展变化.Since the reform and opening up,economics society in China has been greatly developed as a whole.At the same time the lack of coordination and the imbalance among regions become increasingly prominent;the gap of regional development levels gap still is of the expansion trend.The gap existing among regions decides the necessity of regional development strategy.The regional development strategy evolves with the regional economic development practices,and the deepening understanding of the related theoretical issues such as socialism,the socialistic market economy etc.
