摘  要:目的建立GC法同时测定韭菜中烯丙基甲基二硫醚、二甲基三硫和甲基硫代磺酸甲酯含量的方法。方法采用GC内标法。色谱柱为DB-17石英毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm);FID检测器;内标物为十一碳烯。结果烯丙基甲基二硫醚、二甲基三硫和甲基硫代磺酸甲酯质量浓度分别在0.014 4~0.130 g.L-1(r=0.999 6)、0.203~1.831 g.L-1(r=0.999 6)、0.412~3.710 g.L-1(r=0.999 8)内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(n=5)。3种成分的加样回收率均高于97.5%,RSD均小于2.9%。结论该方法快速、准确,重现性好,为韭菜作为一种新保健品的质量控制提供依据。Objective To determine 3 kinds of sulfides in Allium tuberosum,namely methyl allyl disulfide,dimethyl trisulfide and S-methyl methanethiosulfonate were quantified.Methods The capillary GC system consisted of a DB-17 capillary column(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25 μm)and hendecene was used as an internal standard.Results The linear response ranges of methyl allyl disulfide,dimethyl trisulfide and S-methyl methanethiolsulfonate were 0.014 4-0.130 g·L-1(r=0.999 6),0.203-1.831 g·L-1(r=0.999 6)and 0.412-3.710 g·L-1(r=0.999 8),respectively(n=5).The average recoveries(n=9)of three sulfides were greater than 97.5% and relative standard deviations were less than 2.9%.Conclusions The method is accurate and selectivity to measure the concentrations of three sulfides in Allium tuberosum.
