摘　　要：目的探讨围术期护理干预对腹腔镜可调节绑带胃减容术(laparoscopic adjustable gastric banding,LAGB)后患者饮食依从性的影响。方法采用随机数字表法将2003年6月至2009年6月行LAGB手术的单纯性肥胖患者172例分为干预组和对照组各86例,对照组按围术期护理常规在患者术后对其进行饮食品种、量、方法、时间的宣教及随访;干预组在围术期的3个阶段对患者进行术后饮食重要性和依从性的强化宣教,并针对不同患者的个体差异提供特异性饮食干预方案。结果干预组患者术后饮食依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论围术期的强化护理干预对LAGB术后患者饮食依从性有正性影响,可在同类患者中应用,并使其逐步完善。Objective To evaluate the influence of perioperative nursing interventions on patients＇ dietary compliance after laparoscopic adjustable gastric banding（LAGB）.Methods A total of 172 simple obesity with laparoscopic adjustable gastric banding（LAGB） patients were randomly divided into the intervention group（n=86） and the control group（n=86）.The control group received routine postoperative health education of dietary variety,quantity,method and time and routine follow-up while the intervention group received strengthened health education on diet compliance and its importance in the three stages of the perioperative period and were provided individual intervention programs for specific patients.Results The postoperative dietary compliance in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion Intensive perioperative nursing intervention plays a positive role in the dietary compliance in patients after LAGB,which can be applied in the similar patients with gradual improvement.
