健康教育提高阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者疾病认知水平的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨通过加强健康教育提高阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syn-drome,OSAHS)患者疾病认知水平的效果。方法通过现场问卷的调查、媒体宣传、社区宣传栏、讲座、俱乐部等形式,进行睡眠呼吸暂停综合征健康知识宣教。结果通过健康宣教,患者对OSAHS的知晓率提高,就诊率也明显提高;患者能认识并掌握正确的生活方式,主动进行减肥、控制饮食、戒烟酒,提高了自我行为的管理能力。结论加强健康教育在提高OSAHS患者认知水平、规范其中自我行为管理中起着重要作用。Objective To explore the effects of strengthening enhancing health education in understanding of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome（OSAHS）.Methods Health education for OSAHS was delivered through on-site questionnaire survey,media campaigns,community bulletin boards,lectures,clubs and other forms.Results The awareness rate of and the attendance rate OSAHS patients had improved significantly through health education.The patients could understand and master the correct way of life,take the initiative to lose weight,control diet,quit smoking alcohol and improve self-management behavior.Conclusion Strengthening health education plays a vital role in understanding of OSAHS.
