摘　　要：劳动者能"体面劳动",过有"尊严生活",这是国家高层领导对国民福祉的明确宣言,现已逐渐形成一种社会共识。但要实现这一目标,仍有很多现实困难。工会组织应从进一步加大参与国家法律和相关政策制定的力度等方面入手,采取有力措施,切实促进劳动者"体面劳动"的真正全面实现。The national governor clearly declared to the people that they will make workers have a decent job and live a respectable life.And now it has become a social common sense.But if we want to achieve the goal,there are a lot of realistic problems.The trade union should participate in making laws and policies more actively and help the workers achieve the real decent jobs thoroughly.
