摘　　要：高职高专焊接专业是个实践性很强的专业,企业实训是培养学生职业技能的核心环节。针对企业实训过程中在实训基地、实训内容、实训效果等方面存在的问题进行了探讨,并就这些问题做了一些探索。The Welding specialty is a strong practical speciality,and the Enterprise Training is the core link in the Training of students＇vocational skills.The training base,Training content,Training effect and other questions of the Enterprise Training were Explored and Practised in the paper.
