摘　　要：现在GPS/GIS/GSM技术的发展日新月异,在交通调度管理中的应用也越来越广泛。本文简要地介绍了GPS/GIS/GSM技术,阐述了基于GPS/GIS/GSM的出租车调度系统的构成和调度原理,并且结合常州的实例探讨了调度系统在城市出租车运营管理中的应用。With the fast development of GPS/GIS/GSM technology, nowadays, it is widely used in traffic dispatch management. This article introduces GPS/GIS/GSM technology briefly, and explains the composition and dispatch principles of Taxi Dispatch System based on GPS/GIS/GSM technology. Taking Changzhou as an example, this paper discusses the application of such system on urban taxi.
