摘　　要：在阐述了科技期刊市场化的含义之后,明确了科技期刊市场化的途径、目标和优势,并对部分国外的办刊模式做了分析。结合科技期刊在知识传播体系中的作用,针对我国科技期刊市场化现状、存在问题提出了对策:要转变观念,更新科技期刊办刊思路;探索和更新工作方式,努力实现期刊现代化;要更新知识结构,适应知识经济的挑战。In combination with the actual situation of editing work,and for the purpose of increasing the industry＇s economic benefits,the paper makes a discussion on comprehensively understanding and correctly grasping the basic concept and requirement of scientific development in several aspects.And with the theory of scientific development as the guideline,it proposes some measures for strengthening the training of editors to improve their theoretical accomplishments and methodological arts in dealing practical issues,particularly to improve their professional knowledge in breadth and depth.The paper also puts forward specific requirements for handling properly the relationship among readers,editors and writers.
