摘　　要：本文分析了航修企业ERP项目的特点及发展趋势,对航修企业实施的风险因素给予概括,并针对其风险因素提出风险管理步骤,给出了ERP项目实施的风险管理控制方法。According to the characteristics and development trend of ERP project in an aviation repair company,the paper discusses the risk factors of its implementation in the aviation repair company,and proposes risk management steps based on the risk factors,gives risk management control methods in the implementation of ERP project.
