从和谐社会视角解读“以人为本”的群众体育观

摘　　要：通过分析我国当前群众体育的现状及不能适应建设"和谐社会"要求的具体问题,提出"以人为本"的体育观是建设和谐社会的内在要求这一论点,进而从国家政策和职能部门的角度以及政府引导和群众参与的"互动"角度指出发展"以人为本"群众体育的具体措施和办法。The current state of the sports for the masses cannot meet the demands of building a harmonious society.Consequently,this article points out an argument that people-oriented sports concept is the inner requirement for building a harmonious society.Also,it indicates some specific measures to develop people oriented sports for the masses from the perspective of national policy and the function department of the government as well as the interaction of the government＇s guidance and the masses＇participation.
