芪参胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨芪参胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效、作用及特点。方法:212例在我院确诊为冠心病心绞痛的患者,口服芪参胶囊,3粒/次,3次/d。连服1个月。记录患者用药前、用药2周及1个月后症状和心电图变化,包括临床症状、血压、心率、舌象、脉象、心绞痛发作情况,检测用药前后肝肾功能、血常规、胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白。结果:芪参胶囊可明显缓解冠心病心绞痛患者的临床症状,降低心绞痛的发作频率和扩血管药物的含服率,无明显毒副作用。从中医辨证分型结果分析,芪参胶囊改善气虚血瘀型、心肾阳虚血瘀型患者的临床症状尤为明显,即对心肌梗死后合并心功能不全、冠状动脉旁路移植术后的阳虚患者疗效显著。结论:芪参胶囊能有效地防治冠心病心绞痛发作,提高患者的运动耐量,疗效确切,且更适用于治疗心肌梗死后合并心功能不全、冠状动脉旁路移植术后阳气虚弱,瘀血阻络的冠心病患者,是临床防治冠心病心肌梗死的有效复方中药制剂。Objective：To study the clinical curative effect of coronary artery disease angina.Methods：212 cases were diagnosed in patients with coronary heart disease with angina,oral Qi shen capsule 3 grain,tid,po.For a month.Recording symptoms change and electrocardiogram,including clinical symptoms,blood pressure and heart rate,tongue of patients,pulse condition,heart attacks of 2 weeks prior to use and drug 1 months,and kidney liver function,blood routine,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein were tested.Results：Qi shen capsules can significantly ease patients symptoms with coronary heart disease with angina,reduce the frequency and attack of angina and the contents of pectoris vascular drugs,without side effects.From the analysis of TCM syndrome differentiation,Qi shen capsule improve clinical symptoms of heart and qi deficiency blood stasis,Yang qi deficiency blood stasis,particularly cardiac dysfunction after myocardial infarction and coronary artery bypass graft surgery patients with remarkable curative effect in rats.Conclusion：Qi shen capsules can effectively control patients with coronary heart disease with angina,improve the exercise tolerance,efficacy is good,and more suitable for myocardial infarction treatment combined cardiac dysfunction and coronary artery bypass graft surgery,blood stasis and yang-qi weak,the purpose of coronary artery disease resistance and coronary heart disease is the clinical effective myocardial infarction TCM compound.
