中医辨证治疗老年性便秘临床探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨老年性便秘的中医治疗方法。方法:从病因、病机、辨证论治等方面系统阐述老年性便秘的中医治疗思路。结果:提出宣肺通腑法、健脾益气法、滋阴养血法、行气活血法、温阳通散寒法五种治疗方法,分别以清燥救肺汤、补中益气汤、润肠丸合增液汤、血府逐瘀汤、附子理中丸合济川煎加味治疗。结论:治疗老年性便秘应根据不同的病因、病机辨证施治,方能取得满意疗效。Objective：To investigate the method of Chinese medicine in treating senile constipation.Methods：The article systematically expounds the TCM treatment thought on senile constipation from cause of disease,pathology and differentiation of signs.Results：The disease can be differentiated treated with five treatments：Lung-energy purging bowel,invigorating spleen and benefiting qi,nourishing Yin and the blood,promoting qi and activating blood,warming yang to expel cold.The author used Qingzaojiufei decoction,Buzhongyiqi decoction,Runchang Pills combined with Zengye decoction,Xuefuzhuyu decoction,Fuzi Lizhong Pills combined with Jichuan decoction to treat senile constipation.Conclusion：The treatment of senile constipation should be based on a different etiology,pathogenesis and syndromes giving of treatment in order to achieve a satisfactory effect.
