摘　　要：阿尔茨海默病以智能和记忆全面减退的痴呆症状为特征,病程进行性加重;逐渐生活不能自理,并出现精神错乱,行为怪异、幼稚,甚至冲动伤人行为。目前现代医学对该病病因未明,目前比较一致的观点是该病的发生和ApoE基因的多态性关系密切,而该基因有6种不同的基因型,每种基因型随着ApoEε4等位基因的多少就有不同的发病风险。目前,传统医学主要认为痴呆发生是髓减肾亏,清濡失养有关,其辨证分型可能与ApoE的基因分型存在一定的联系。Alzheimer＇s disease overall decline in intelligence and memory,symptoms of dementia characterized by chronic progressive course of disease;gradually life can not take care of themselves,and mental confusion,bizarre behavior,childish,and even acts of impulsive assault.Currently modern medicine on the disease of unknown etiology,present a more consistent view is that the incidence of the disease and the ApoE gene polymorphism is closely related,but the gene has 6 different genotypes,each allele genotype with ApoEε4 how many have a different risk of.Currently,traditional medicine that dementia is a major pulp by kidney deficiency,Qing How dystrophy is related to the syndrome differentiation may be associated with ApoE genotyping There is a certain link.
