大鼠真菌性腹腔炎症渗出液的上清液抗白色念珠菌作用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察大鼠真菌性腹腔炎症渗出液和其成分对白色念珠菌的杀菌作用,为开发天然抗真菌的药物提供信息。方法:给大鼠腹腔注射活的白色念珠菌造成真菌感染模型,观察腹腔炎症渗出液的上清液对白色念珠菌的杀菌作用。结果:造模后24 h腹腔炎症渗出液的量最多,渗出液上清液对白色念珠菌具有强的杀菌作用,20%上清液的杀菌率达(87.00±4.10)%;经56℃水浴10 min后,80%上清液的杀菌率从99.8%下降到9.1%。结论:大鼠真菌性腹腔炎症渗出液上清液中存在强的抗真菌物质,可能是一种或多种抗真菌蛋白/多肽。Objective： To observe the rat peritoneal inflammatory exudates on fungal composition of Candida albicans and its bactericidal effect,for the development of natural anti-fungal drug information.METHODS： Rats were injected live fungal infection caused by Candida albicans model of peritoneal inflammatory exudate supernatant bactericidal effect on Candida albicans.Results： After the 24 h the amount of peritoneal inflammatory exudate most exudate supernatant of Candida albicans has a strong bactericidal effect,20% of the supernatant of the sterilization rate（87.00±4.10）%;by 56 ℃ for 10 min,80% of the supernatant of the sterilization rate decreased from 99.8% to 9.1%.Conclusion： Rat peritoneal inflammatory exudate fungal supernatant of strong anti-fungal substance there may be one or more anti-fungal protein / peptide.
