摘　　要：文中探讨了通过合理调配船舶资源、增强各方协作、提高作业效率及变革船舶管理方式等途径和方法,以适应当前浮标更换作业及航标应急反应工作需要。This article discusses the ways to meet the needs in the current buoy replacement and response to emergencies,through rationalization in redeployment of resources and enhancement of co-ordination among various sectors,improvement of work efficiency and change of management mode.
