鲎试验法与家兔法同步检测葛根素注射液的比较

摘　　要：目的探讨鲎试验法对葛根素注射液进行检查的可行性。方法用鲎试验法对葛根素注射液进行干扰实验,用鲎试验法对家兔试验不同结果的葛根素注射液进行比较试验。结果供试品对鲎试剂与内毒素的反应无干扰作用,家兔法阴性结果与鲎试验法结果相吻合,并且家兔法检查阳性结果也吻合。结论用鲎试验法检测葛根素注射液是可行的。Objective To investigate the feasibility of Limulus test for examination the Puerarin Injection. Methods The bacteria endotoxin by Limulus test was used to interfere test on Puerarin injection.The different results of rabbits test of Puerarin Injection were compared by Limulus test. Results The samples did not show interferential effect on the Limulus reagent.The negative result of the rabbits test and the result of Limulus test were matched.And the positive result of the rabbits test and the result of Limulus test were matched. Conclusion Examination the Puerarin Injection by Limulus test is feasible.
