摘 要:目的探讨首剂肝素在多个灌流器连续血液灌流中的最佳剂量。方法将321例行多个灌流器连续血液灌流治疗中毒的病人按首剂肝素剂量随机分为3组:标准剂量组(A组)、1/2标准剂量组(B组)及3/4标准剂量组(C组),分析3组出血性疾病及灌流器凝血发生率的差异。结果 A组出血性疾病发生率高于B组与C组,有统计学意义(P<0.05),B组及C组无差异(P>0.05);B组灌流器凝血发生率高于A组及C组,有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组及C组无差异(P>0.05)。结论首剂肝素为3/4标准剂量时出血性疾病及灌流器凝血发生率均较低,为最佳剂量。Objective To explore the optimization dosage on different first doses calparine in consecutive hemoperfusion of multi-perfusions containers. Methods According to different first doses calparine,a total of 321 patients were divided randomly into 3 groups: standard dosage group(group A),standard dosage group of 1/2(group B),and standard dosage group of 3/4(group C),the diversity of the incidence rate of hemorrhagic disease and perfusions containers blood clotting in the three groups were analyzed. Results Compared with group A,the incidence rate of hemorrhagic disease decreased in groups B,C(P0.05),but comparing group B with C had no difference(P0.05).Compared with group B,the incidence rate of perfusions containers blood clotting degraded in groups A,C(P0.05).But comparing group A with C had no difference(P0.05). Conclusion Standard dosage of 3/4 can step down the incidence rate of hemorrhagic disease and perfusions containers blood clotting near the optimum dose.
