摘　　要：为有效降低电力企业环境风险事件发生的几率,着重对电力企业生产及运行过程中潜在的环境风险进行了分析识别,并在环境风险识别的基础上,提出了有针对性的防范措施;同时为有效提高电力企业预防和应对突发性环境风险事件的能力,重点对电力企业环境风险应急预案编制技术要点和内容进行了分析和说明。For further effectively decreasing the risk event probability of power enterprise,analysis and identification is conducted on latent environmental risks in the process of production and operation in power enterprise.Based on which,the preventive measures are proposed,meanwhile,for improving and coping ability of sudden environmental risk events,analysis and stating is given on technical points content regarding environmental risk events emergency plan compilation for the power enterprise.
