摘 要:目的探讨微血管中红细胞高流速的检测方法。方法通过提高摄像机的场频,使红细胞流速测试上限提高。结果把摄像机的场频、行频分别提高到原来的8倍、4倍,使红细胞流速测试上限提高到24mm/s,为摄像机和监示器每场8幅图像的摄像和显示打下基础。结论通过提高摄像机的场频可实现微血管中红细胞高流速的检测。Objective To evaluate the measurement method of the high velocity of red cells in microvessels. Methods The upper limit of red cell velocity was increased by raising the field frequency of TV camera. Results The field and line frequency were increased separately to eight and four times that of the former.So the upper limit of red cell velocity was increased to 24mm/s.It could lay a foundation for the photograph and display of eight images per field in TV camera and monitor. Conclusion It may be possible to achieve the measurement of the high velocity of red cell in microvessels by raising the field frequency of TV camera.
